Born in New York to Cuban parents with Mexican and Puerto Rican roots, Cristina’s diverse heritage fuels her passion for connecting with audiences through authentic and impactful content. Cristina’s remarkable achievements include guest-starring and recurring roles in more than 50 television and film projects, serving as a live news reporter, producer, and writer for NBC 6/Telemundo 51, and being the on-camera principal for over 70 national commercials. As a seasoned voice-over talent, she has lent her voice to hundreds of radio campaigns and has been the spokesperson for leading companies in a wide range of industries. Her talents extend beyond the screen, frequently acting as a Master of Ceremonies at banking and philanthropic events.
Her ongoing collaborations as an on-camera host for NBC 6’s “South Florida Live” (formerly “Six in the Mix”) and Telemundo 51’s “Acceso Total” showcase her versatility and enduring presence in the industry.
Cristina’s academic background is as impressive as her professional journey. A proud graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) with a minor in theater, a Master of Business Administration (International Business/Marketing), and a Master of Science in Journalism from Florida International University. Prior to pursuing her true passion for media, she completed the Management Training Program at Barnett Bank and worked in Private Banking for seven years.
